ACCETIS INTERNATIONAL is an HR Management and Recruitment firm founded by Francois Frantz in Paris in 1989.
Building on its extensive experience in the automotive industry the company first developed its activities for the industrial sector. Then, by acquiring new talents, the firm progressively grew into other sectors. Since 1995, we are able to deliver effective project solutions in the automotive, industrial, financial, consumer, construction and advanced technology sectors.

Simultaneously we developed a centralized pool of researchers capable of operating on the global market. Currently, not less than 13 different languages are spoken regularly by our consultants and researchers. While each office has its own resources, the central research pool, based in Paris, supports local offices for start-up situations and for large projects.

Our global deployment started in 2001 with the acquisition of another HR firm, namely Nicholson International France. The merger brought together quality processes and international know-how and therefore considerably boosted our access to other geographical markets.

Accetis International has since 2002 been active in Strategic HR Consulting. Some of our clients had indeed tested our "Executive Search & Selection" services but were now confronted with another type of problematic, often linked to optimization of their structure and its performance.

To respond to their expectations, we had to possess the right resources and tools which, for most of it, came with the acquisition of another consulting firm (NI France) and our partnership with Elevate Consulting Group (Netherlands).
